Privacy Policy

Draft — pending legal review. This policy describes the site's actual data practices but has not been reviewed by counsel. Replace or approve before launch.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into a form on this site. The Join Us form collects your first name, last name, and email address. The J-51 letter form additionally collects your street address, ZIP code, and optionally your building name and a personal message.

Why we collect it

Membership sign-ups are used to keep you informed about coalition activity and legislative developments affecting co-op and condo homeowners. Letters of support are submitted to state legislators on your behalf as part of Co-ops & Condos United of NY's advocacy.

How it is handled

Form submissions are delivered by email to Co-ops & Condos United of NY. This site is static: it sets no advertising cookies, runs no third-party analytics, and does not build visitor profiles.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only where you have asked us to — for example, submitting your letter of support to your legislators — or where required by law.

Your choices

You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Use the contact route published on this site and we will act on the request.

Children

This site is intended for adults involved in co-op and condo governance. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
