Affordability for All Rally at Bell Park Manor Terrace

Several hundred shareholders gathered in the courtyard at Bell Park Manor Terrace for an open-air meeting on the cost pressures facing co-op and condo homeowners. Speakers addressed the crowd from a podium set among the buildings, with residents seated in rows and standing along the perimeter.

Signs carried by attendees repeated the coalition's core demands: Co-ops & Condos United, Affordability for All, and an end to unfunded mandates. Elected officials and candidates attended and spoke.
